Congratulations! Great work. We need to care; we need to resist the demonic forces consisting of contractors, greedy politicians and the techno managers of ‘development’ because if the Himalayas are destroyed, we lose as a civilization–its ecosystem, its abundance and its philosophic wonder. It is an exceedingly difficult task. Yet, the saner voices have to come. It is good that as you are working on education, you have thought about it. The narratives, the visuals and the brief presentation are good. The can of pepsi/coke in front of the snow clad mountains–the camera has revealed it beautifully–the way our tourism industry with its middle class culture of consumption has further added to the process of destruction of the Himalayan wonder. Make more films on the mountains, people and their struggles, resistances and aspirations.
