A woman working at a hotel under Andhra Pradesh Tourism, was attacked and beaten up by the deputy manager in Dargamitta of Nellore city after she requested him to wear a mask, due to the ongoing coronavirus pandemic.
The incident took place last week and came into notice after a CCTV footage of the incident went viral.The video shows the deputy manager rushing to the employee, Checuri Usharani who was sitting in the office and dragging and assaulting her. The Andhra Pradesh Police have registered a case and are investigating into the matter.
